Booking Conditions
A Non-Refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking.
The balance is then due 8 weeks prior to arrival & we also take a security deposit of £100.00 which is fully refundable on your return, less any telephone charges &/or in the unlikely event of any breakages.
Cancellation Fees are as follows:
More than 8 weeks prior to arrival deposit only.
4-8 weeks prior to arrival-50% total rental
2-4 weeks prior to arrival-75% total rental
less than 2 weeks prior to arrival-100% total rental
Our apartments are Managed by ourselves, we are on hand to help you any way we can (after hours emergencies only), and we can arrange car-hire, airport transfers etc.
